November 4th, 2023 the Swiss Open Black Belt Cutting Seminar 2023 was held in Meggen, Switzerland.

The event was led by EUHGA Technical Director Chulkyung Lee and was joined by Masters, Instructors, and black belts from Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Czech Republic, and Finland.

The participants could practice candle snuffing, ball cutting, paper cutting, a bamboo cutting seminar, and a small championship.
