What a humbling experience to show a short demonstration in front of the Colosseum; the energy from the nearly 2000 years of its history was amazing. Each member of Haidong Gumdo knows that we do not draw our sword to harm the other but to protect our loved ones and to bring comfort and unity to today’s world – it was the perfect harmony between East and West.
